A Message from Marshall...

My fellow baby friends, let me ask you a question... Have you ever thought to yourself that life would be so much better if you weren't bald? I mean really, who wants to go around looking like a cue ball for the first 9 months of their life? Not me, brother.

To my bros: Do you ever think that you'd be able to score a play date with that year-old cutie if only you had more than peach-fuzz on top of your head? And ladies, do you ever get sick of your mom gluing itchy bows to the top of your bald head?

Well, lucky for you, my dear friends, I have come up with a solution. It's called baby toupees. I'm Marshall Quin, founder of Hair Club for Babies and I'm not only the president, I'm also a client.

My Two Favorite Christmas Presents

This year Molly put two presents out for me and Paul. She wrapped Daddy's in printer paper and tucked mine into my stocking. Paul and I were both excited to see what she had put together all on her own! She used two favor boxes left over from Avery's party and she gave me a picture she drew and also a red crayon and a red bead since that's my favorite color and she gave the same to Daddy, but in blue since that's his favorite color. I just thought that was the sweetest thing! And if you click on the picture below you can see the sweet letter that Marshall wrote me with a little help from Daddy. It made me cry! (A Target gift card was also enclosed. I think that's appropriate since that's where Marshall and I seem to spend most of our time outside the house!)

Merry Christmas!!!

We had a wonderful Christmas this year... It was strange not being in Arizona for Cabin Christmas with my family, but it was nice not to have to travel and have Marshall's first Christmas at home.

This is how the living room looked before I went to bed on Christmas Eve. And yes, that's one of my favorite movies playing: "Holiday Inn" with Bing Crosby and Fred Astair... one of my holiday musts.

It was a rodent-themed Christmas between the G-Force movie and Zhu Zhu pets!Grammy and Grampy were here first thing in the morning to see Molly's reaction to all the wonderful things Santa brought her!Her favorite present by far is this little swing set that Santa gave her. I wasn't able to find the perfect stocking for Marshall this year, so this one is just a stand-inAfter playing with all of Santa's gifts and opening presents from Grammy and Grampy, we took a break for breakfast and waited for Christmas Round II when PawPaw, Auntie, Dylan and Grand-Pappy arrived.
