Evening at the Park

One night when the weather started getting cooler we decided to collect all our stale bread and cereals and head to a nearby park to feed the ducks.
Marshall would throw a little cereal...
then eat a little cereal.

To Be Titled...

This is a little adventure that Paul and Molly went on about a month ago... I am going to get him to write this post, I'm just uploading the pictures for him...

Future Silvie

In September Molly got to participate in the "Future Silvie" program with the Cy Creek High School Drill Team, 'The Silverados'. Over the summer Molly attended a week long camp where the kids learned drill team routines and then in the fall they got to attend a football game and perform on the field before a game. Paul and I were really excited to see Molly perform, and I was happy to FINALLY be attending my first high school football game. How in the world I managed to grow up in Texas - home of Friday Night Lights - and not attend a single high school football game, I will never understand.

OK, so these are Saturday Night Lights in the background, but I'll take it!It started to rain right before half time

No Paternity Test Needed...

For those of you who have seen Paul's hair in it's "natural state" you know that these pictures are undeniable proof that he is this child's father.

Luke, I am your father...

Molly drew this picture of Darth Vader for one of her little friends... she didn't think it was very good, but I think it's awesome!

Lunch at Yeager

One of the most fun things I get to do every week or so is have lunch at school with Molly.

Most of the time Molly requests McDonald's Happy Meals or Pei Wei shrimp.
In this picture, she's devouring a 5 Guys burger...
It's so fun to spend time with my girl in the middle of her school day and have her tell me all about her friends and what's going on in class. I usually go on the days when Marshall is at Mother's Day Out, so Molly and I enjoy the 30 uninterrupted minutes of girl time!

Marshall's First Day of Mother's Day Out

On September 9th, Marshall went to his first day of "school" at John Wesley.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited and looking forward to this day!

The day started off with smiles and a little breakfast...followed by a few more first steps...a raging melt-downwhich ended when I let him have control of the T.V.All buckled in and ready to go to schoolHappy as can be in the lobby of the churchBut not too pleased as he was handed over to Ms. Pam...After school at CostCo he was all smiles once again!
